Initiate Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the device in its original anti-static packaging and include all peripheral cables and documentation to ensure the unit is protected during transit.
Ship the Hardware
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the exterior.
Inspection and Refund
Our technical team will inspect the returned electronics for diagnostic integrity, after which your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
